The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website. - By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.- By placing an order at Mibenya, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.
- The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Prices are subject to change at any given time without notice.
- Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Payment
Payments will be pre-authorized at the time of placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Payment will be taken from your chosen payment method when you place your order. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.
Local Taxes

Conditions and exceptions for returns
In cases other than returns for reason of defect or damage from shipping, we can only accept items that are returned unused, still in their original packaging, without signs of wear and tear and with all of the original contents and packaging materials. Contents consist of any included parts and accessories. Packaging includes all inner and outer packaging.
Items not returned in the condition described may be subject to restocking fees (up to 50%) of the purchase price. Restocking fees will be determined by our cost of replacing missing items including a processing fee for a labor intensive process (i.e. if the packaging has been opened, torn or is otherwise not ready for resale) or refusal of the return.
